Digital Marketing Associate

We’re hiring! True Digital Communications is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Associate to support clients and senior staff in the delivery, monitoring and optimization of online marketing programs. Digital Marketing Associates are responsible for building, maintaining and optimizing digital advertising and content marketing programs.

Qualified candidates will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience.


  • Set up, monitor and update search engine marketing and social advertising campaigns
  • Effectively use Google Analytics to measure site performance and provide insight based on traffic, conversion and other KPIs
  • Manage and measure the effectiveness of social media, digital advertising and other digital marketing channels
  • Compile, analyze and manipulate data from a variety of analytics sources using Excel
  • Developing content for clients, including web pages, blogs, social posts, ad copy and other materials necessary to execute established digital strategies
  • Contribute to the development of online communications strategies for our clients
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues and internal clients
  • Actively participate in meetings and strategy sessions and provide consultative feedback based on subject matter expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications or a related field
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, social media metrics and other relevant measurement tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or comparable data management tools
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is preferred but not required
  • Understanding and experience with marketing automation is preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of online metrics
