Digital Marketing Specialist

True Digital Communications is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to support our clients and team members in the management, execution and optimization of online marketing programs. In our fast-paced, dynamic environment, Digital Marketing Specialists are responsible for collaboratively working with our internal digital and content teams to execute on strategy and report on the results of paid advertising programs for our clients.


  • Set up, monitor and update search, display and social advertising campaigns
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives using Google Analytics and other analytics software
  • Compile, analyze and manipulate data from a variety of analytics sources using Excel
  • Develop analytics dashboards and report on insights gained from the analytics on a periodic basis
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with the content team to develop written elements for advertising necessary to execute established digital strategies
  • Engage in client meetings and strategy sessions, providing consultative feedback based on subject matter expertise
  • Additional responsibilities may be added based on the experience and skill-set of the employee in the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications (or a related field)
  • Qualified candidates will generally have 3-5 years of hands-on experience
  • Familiarity and experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, social media metrics and other relevant measurement tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel or comparable data analysis tools
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is preferred but not required
  • Experience with marketing automation is preferred but not required
