But even the best content needs the right audience. To generate high-quality leads, OSI needed strategic media support to get their guide in front of decision-makers who would act.

Approach

OSI's Installation Guide was designed to support install managers, GMs, contractors, and remodelers with insights that improve outcomes and protect reputations. But OSI needed more than just impressions—they needed intent.

That’s where True came in to help unlock progress.

While another partner handled visuals and landing page development, True focused on precise media planning, performance optimization, and connecting the right audiences with the right content at the right time.

We selected four core advertising platforms—Google & YouTube, Meta, Programmatic, and Trade Media—to drive traffic with conversion in mind. Using a mix of single image, carousel, video, and lead gen formats, we helped OSI’s branded message cut through the noise and reach decision-makers with purpose.

Most importantly, we stayed hands-on from start to finish: weekly optimizations, biweekly status reviews with the client, monthly reporting meetings, and ongoing coordination with the creative team to ensure performance across every touchpoint.
